Risersol Technology is a full-service IT consulting and digital solutions company operating across Pakistan and the United Kingdom. We provide services including, but not limited to, custom web development, mobile application development, AI automation, SEO and digital marketing, UI/UX design, CRM solutions, blockchain development, content writing, and managed IT services.

Scope of Services The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement, Proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to the client prior to project commencement. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any such agreement.

 Service Modifications Risersol Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. For active client projects, any changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before implementation.

 Third-Party Tools and Platforms Some of our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Google Ads, AWS). Your use of such platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service. Risersol Technology is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by third-party providers.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials as requested, designate an authorized point of contact for communications, review and provide feedback within agreed timelines, and ensure that any content, assets, or data you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Delays caused by failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in revised delivery timelines and are not the liability of Risersol Technology.

Payments and Fees

 Payment Terms Payment terms are outlined in the individual project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, an upfront deposit is required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.

 Late Payments Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur a late payment fee. Risersol Technology reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment obligations are not met.

Refunds All sales and service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms in your specific service agreement. For subscription-based or retainer services, cancellations must be submitted with at least 30 days’ written notice.

Taxes All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by their local jurisdiction in connection with services received.

Intellectual Property

 Ownership Upon Payment Upon receipt of full payment, Risersol Technology assigns all intellectual property rights for custom deliverables (such as website designs, custom code, and written content) to the client, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

 Risersol Technology’s Retained Rights We retain ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and proprietary systems used in delivering services. These are licensed to the client for use in the delivered project but are not transferred.

Portfolio Rights Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing, Risersol Technology reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

 Client-Provided Content You represent and warrant that any content, logos, images, or data you provide to us for use in your project does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You indemnify Risersol Technology against any claims arising from client-provided materials.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the working relationship. We will not disclose your business information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver agreed services (e.g., sharing assets with a development subcontractor under NDA).

Website Use

Permitted Use You may use risersoltech.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, or misleading, or that violates any applicable law or regulation.

 Prohibited Activities You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its servers, scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without written permission, introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code, or use automated tools to overload or disrupt the website.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Risersol Technology will deliver all completed work and client-owned assets within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of final payment.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in the specific service agreement.
